of The New Jersey Fresh Seafood Festival's major goal is to educate
people about the ocean environment. One of the ways we accomplish that
is through live exhibits and interactive, hands-on demonstrations. At
The Marine Science Pavilion, the Marine science department
at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey brings aquariums, touch
tanks and many other exhibits to help young and old alike gain a greater
understanding of the New Jersey coastal waters and the creatures that
inhabit them. Other organizations including the Marine Mammal Stranding
Center provide informative, interactive exhibits that make conservation
and preservation easy to understand. When visiting the festival this
year, be sure to stop by and see our educational exhibitors. Knowledgeable,
